Find Publicly Available Health Data Sets

To assist students, researchers, and faculty with finding relevant publicly available health data sets, the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library created a Data Blog to provide a searchable list of curated data sets.

Each data set entry on the blog features a link to the data set or data repository, an overview of the data set/repository's scope, a list of the years data is available, and the data file types. Additional information is provided where relevant.

If you do not find a data set that is suitable for your project, please contact us at Ask A Librarian

The publicly available health data sets found on the WSCL Data Blog can be searched using the tagging system created by WHSC Library Informationist. Each tag represents a topic the individual data set/repository covers.
